ABR - The Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designation is designed for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients. It provides the agent with valuable education that elevates skills and knowledge in working with buyers. It also gives ongoing specialized information, programs and updates that help the agent stay on top of the issues and trends in successfully representing homebuyers, providing an additional competitive edge. The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) Designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council ("REBAC") of the National Association of Realtors who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
The Certified Residential Specialist Designation, The CRS designation is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and brokers. On average, CRS designees earn nearly three times more in income, transactions, and gross sales than non-designee REALTORS®.Less than 3 percent of the more than 1 million REALTORS® working today can call themselves a CRS Designee. This group represents the elite performers in residential real estate.
GRI - The Graduate Realtor Institute Designation is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. Realtors with the GRI Designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients. When you see the letters "GRI" after an agent's name, you can count on receiving the knowledge and guidance you need to make your transaction go smoothly. In short, you can count on getting the best service available from a real estate professional. The GRI designation is considered the nation’s number one real estate designation. This designation may only be earned after successfully completing a rigorous educational program. This program requires 92 hours of live course instruction from a statewide faculty selected because of extensive experience in their own areas of expertise. This designation is available only to members of the local, state and National Association of Realtors®. GRI is recognized nationwide as the standard for real estate professionalism and knowledge.
Green DesignationThe National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Green Designation is the definition of green professionalism, excellence, and leadership for today’s real estate practitioners. Specifically designed to address the educational needs of practitioners in residential, commercial, and property management markets, this training program is a true cross-over designation and the only green designation recognized by NAR.
The Green REsource Council Established by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the Green REsource Council serves real estate professionals by providing comprehensive training and access to cutting-edge resources and tools as well as promoting green excellence, leadership, and consumer awareness within and across multiple real estate disciplines. Practitioners who complete the 3-day program are awarded NAR's Green Designation, the only green training program recognized by the NAR.

Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource
I have completed live classes and online training to bring my clients the highest level of service with short sales and foreclosures. The National Association of REALTORS offers the SFR certification to REALTORS who want to help both buyers and sellers navigate these complicated transactions, as demand for professional expertise with distressed sales grows.
According to a recent NAR survey, nearly one-third of all existing homes sold recently were either short sales or foreclosures. REALTORS who have earned the SFR certification know how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities.
When you see the letters "SFR" after an agent's name, you can count on receiving the knowledge and guidance to help navigate what can be a very difficult transaction.
In this market, I felt it was very important to be as knowledgeable as possible to help not only sellers in troubled times, but buyers as well. There are many aspects of a transaction that change depending upon the situation of the seller.

One of the top designation courses in real estate taught nationally by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. This 2-day course offers professional negotiation and business building training.
The one skill area that clients expect in their real estate professional is negotiation skills. Negotiation skills determine the ultimate outcome for both sides in a negotiation. The clients set the goals they want to achieve and it is the agents’ responsibility to persuade or influence the other side to accept the terms. Clearly, the best trained negotiator has the advantage.

The Real Estate Negotiation Institute brings the highest level of professional negotiation training to the real estate industry.
