Hector made buying a house easy ! Thank you for being there to help me settle contract issues with the previous owner... you went above and beyond what you had to to do for me. I also appreciate the small tips that you gave me knowing that I am a single female living alone that I probably would never even think of ( like reminding me to plug in the heater for my water line) If it wasnt for you i would have frozen pipes !!!!!... Its nice to know that your always there especially now that I pass your house everytime I go home lol
